Unique location… we chose the chef’s six-course tasting menu, preceded by an aperitif. Beyond the excellent service, I must compliment the chef, who managed to create perfect balance in every course — even the simplest ones — something that is far from guaranteed, not even in Michelin-starred restaurants! The chef of this restaurant masterfully balances classic and modern flavors, guiding us through a waltz of tastes that are anything but simple to pair. The waitstaff pampered us as in the finest Michelin-starred restaurants, always kind and highly professional. One of the exceptional touches was the way coffee was served — accompanied by a selection of small pastries that took me back in time. Though each was different, they all carried authentic, old-fashioned flavors. The setting is elegant and refined, and the lake view is absolutely breathtaking. In short, everything was perfect.

It is difficult to put into words the experience at Amandus restaurant — because it truly is an experience; calling it “dinner” would be an understatement. The atmosphere of the villa and the outdoor terrace is both relaxing and elegant. The dishes are imaginative and masterfully prepared. What truly amazed us was the service. An attention to detail unlike anything we have found elsewhere. Courtesy and kindness feel at home here, creating a continuous sense of being pampered for the fortunate guests. We could not have chosen a better place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary! We will certainly return to enjoy more evenings just as special. A special mention for the risotto and the tiramisu — exceptional — along with everything else.

I had the pleasure of dining at Amandus Ristorante last week, and it was a truly unique culinary experience. I chose the seafood tasting menu, and the dishes were refined and surprisingly creative. The raw prawns and scampi starter was literally unforgettable. Through the menu, I was able to fully appreciate the talent of the Executive Chef — exceptionally fresh ingredients, unique pairings, and perfectly balanced flavors. All of this in a romantic and intimate atmosphere, with breathtaking views over Lake Como. Location unica... abbiamo preso il menù a mano libera dello chef da 6 portate... preceduto da un aperitivo! Aldilà del servizio eccellente... devo fare i complimenti allo chef, che è riuscito a dare un equilibrio nei sapori ad ogni portata... anche la più semplice... cosa che non è così scontata, nemmeno nei ristoranti stellati !!! Lo chef di questo ristorante riesce a bilanciare i sapori classici e moderni con estrema maestria, ci ha accompagnato in un valzer di sapori tutt'altro che semplici da abbinare, i camerieri ci hanno coccolati come nei migliori ristoranti stellati, sono stati gentili e professionali. Una delle chicche che ho trovato eccezionali è stato come hanno servito il caffè ovvero insieme a una selezione di dolcetti che mi hanno riportata indietro nel tempo perché avevano, pur se diversi l'uno dall'altro, sapori autentici, proprio quelli di una volta. L'ambiente è molto raffinato e la vista sul lago è meravigliosa, da mozzare il fiato. In sintesi tutto perfetto.

Difficile trascrivere a parole l'esperienza al ristorante Amandus. Perché di esperienza si parla: chiamarla cena è riduttivo. L'atmosfera della villa e del dehor è rilassante ed elegante. I piatti sono fantasiosi e preparati magistralmente. Quello che ci ha veramente stupiti è stato il servizio. Un'attenzione ai dettagli mai trovata altrove. Garbo e gentilezza sono di casa e creano una continua coccola per i fortunati ospiti. Non potevamo festeggiare il nostro 25° anniversario di matrimonio in un luogo migliore ! Sicuramente torneremo per poter godere ancora di serate cosi speciali. Una menzione ad hoc per il risotto ed il tiramisù (eccezionali) oltre a tutto il resto.

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare da Amandus Ristorante settimana scorsa ed è stata un’esperienza culinaria unica. Ho optato per il menù a base di pesce. Piatti davvero raffinati e sorprendenti. L’antipasto di gamberi e scampi crudi è letteralmente indimenticabile. Grazie al menù, ho potuto apprezzare a pieno la bravura dell’Executive Chef…ingredienti freschissimi, accostamenti unici, bilanciamento di sapori perfetti. Il tutto in un’atmosfera davvero romantica e intima con una vista mozzafiato sul Lago di Como. Lo consiglio tantissimo a chi vuole passare una cena esclusiva in tranquillità in una location unica sul lago!
